Bard/RDD isn't bad, but you lose BAB, which is only partially compensated by the STR increase. Moreover, your Bard song, a very good buff, stops being useful after lvl 10 or so, since it does not increase. I suppose you'll be wearing heavy armour, so the few spells you have might be a problem to get off.
I'd keep it simpel and stick to Fighter or Barbarian as a baseline.
Paladin/Fighter is also a decent combo, with Divine Grace.

I am playing (in HotU) a F2 Cl8 DwD 'x'
It's working pretty well I'll be getting a lot of DD bonus feats and a lot of HP and Damage reduction... Longsword and Shield which adds a lot of AC

You're switching from dualwiedling to Sword & Shield? So you have three wasted feats?

Yes, but I am switching for the AC! I actually regret it a little bit, but I am already to the drow underdark past halaster. If I played it again I might go double headed weapon. Especially after seeing the crafter as I could just buff the weapon.
I have three good feats to replace dual weapon: improved knockdown (especially) so far won the fight with the sub-commander, and the final is power attack which helps me hit through DR and damage low AC targets.
One thing I learned is that the build is always wrong

Just ask BtB from NWN2 character builder.
Another reason is that I take longswords and enseric the grey starts out at +4 enhancement and vampiric 5. I already have it keen and true sight.

Consider Cleave as another feat, if you got room. It's a free attack whenever you kill something.
Enseric is a good weapon to start with, but later on in the campaign, you're better off enchanting a generic +6 or so weapon. Enseric's inherent enchantments make it "top out" earlier, while generic weapons can get more enchantments.
You are focussing on STR, right?

Yeah I am focusing on strength

For enseric I found if you had 3 enchantments you couldn't raise anything any more. Vampiric 5 is pretty awesome so I am going to roll with it. I will take enseric to the max +10 enhancement and then top it off with keen. Elemental damage is not as good as enhancement in my opinion. And with that +10 to AB I will be confirming crits pretty good. The only fights I have gotten hurt is with a lot of mages. If it's just 1 I can spam knockdown. I haven't had all 3 stoneskins cast in a 'day' yet.

I think you can add Vampiric yourself, pretty much making Enseric obsolete. I recall I had a very good reason to stop using him anyway.
