Well
Well now fifty five huh? Good stuff. I figured I'd come out of retirement for a moment to celebrate with the other peon's. We shall dance around the fire, chant and holler into the nights sky and perhaps a sacrafice or two is in order? Slumming Babylonian gods deserve no less?
I bring forth the slain body of Communist Canadian Aegis in honor to the great all mighty fable, he who knows to much &^%)(.
When the skies above were not yet named
Nor earth below pronounced by name,
Apsu, the first one, their begetter,
And maker Tiamat, who bore them all,
Had mixed their waters together,
But had not formed pastures, nor discovered reed-beds;
When yet no gods were manifest,
Nor names pronounced, nor destinies decreed,
Then gods were born within them.

Thanks to both of you--and RT, thanks very much for that excerpt from the Babylonian Epic of Creation. I don't recall seeing you around back then! Were you hanging out in some bar, wearing a reincarnation on your lapel?

Just once, I'd like to see a simple title for one of these thread. You know, "Happy Birthday so and so" or something so I'd actually know to stop in on time
Happy birthday fable

No, you are not. Not enough yang. Not enough knowledge of yin. You are... the best fable you could hope for.

Thanks, BS.

Waverly, you can talk out of the yin-yang all you wish, without still making much sense.

But thanks for the glorification of the status quo! 55...blech...or rather, blech to what it represents.

Ooooo, good three-part counterpoint on that verse.

Thanks!
