Something red and bright, just the thing for killing goblins.

I hope this clarifies any questions that folks might have. If not, please feel free to PM me.Textures for female clothing are here: C:\Program Files\Dreamcatcher\Dungeon Lords\grn_texture\pchf
It is important that these files are placed in the folder above, otherwise they will not appear in the game. PCHF stands for Player Character Human Female. Even though it says "human" all the armor will display on any female character whether she is a human or an elf. All females in the game use 99% of the same clothes, but unless the new (modified) armor is specifically made for that race, they will not match her skintone.(ie, armor for the white defualt human or elf can be equipped by a a black female, but it will look sort of funny.) This is because of the way the game is set up. Only skintoned specific armor was given different file names when created by dreamcatcher, (for example, the leather gloves are skintone specific because they show the character's fingers) non-skintone specific armor is drawn from a pool of items, with all females sharing in it.
If you commonly play multiplayer games all of the people who play with will need to have the modified files in order to see that modified armor. You will still be able to join games with people that don't have modified armor, they simply will not see it. They will see what they have installed in their Dungeon Lords folders.
Included in this folder are the new armors and a backup folder of the original files. It is important that you put the backups in a safe place, such as in your documents folder. This is in case you get tired of the new armor and decide to go back to the original ones, but also to be safe. Safe is good, right? It wouldn't hurt to have a backup of your saved game either. Textures are in windows bitmap form, so I was able to create new ones using a few different image editors. I have kept the same file names, format and size, so it will not harm your game to use them. You are only substituting graphics files.
Place the unzipped folder in a safe place such as your documents folder. Do not change anything about the files, the names and filetype are exactly what they need to be. Copy and paste the new armors into the pchf folder.
YOU MUST SELECT ARMOR FROM THE NEW ARMOR FOLDER, DO NOT USE ITEMS FROM THE ORIGINAL FILE BACKUP FOLDER. (That is only a backup of original files. If you use them you will be installing the exact same thing that you already have.)
You will be prompted about replacing the file(s), say "yes" to all.
To remove the modified armor, copy and paste the original files from the backup folder into the pchf folder, again saying "yes" when prompted.
I don't speak slang, but I think that means you like your Wylvan mage.Ornate_Demon wrote:Everyone knows wlvian mages pwnzord, exprecially with 10 cataclysms............ URGOTH GO KABOOMA in urgoth language Hehe..
