By the way i should say that it takes around 5 hours to get to level 20, but as someone has mentioned you can do it to any level you like.
I should also mention that when using this method sometimes the characters that you meet will not be at your level. All of my characters apart from Jolee and Juhani were high level when i met them, but these two characters were only at level 8. But i suppose that this is good for some people who want to build up slowly as it means that you can build these characters up.
Oh, and in my opinion this is a cheat. Since i found it i should say whether it is or not. I cant see what else it could be, as you are exploiting the game to your advantage.
