fable just a little bit more patience.I will finish the portraits for good and then i will resize each one of them to portraits side(small and big) for using in the game.QuenGalad is a very good attempt I like your skills. Maybe we can work out both to make another mod .Can I try to touch your portrait a little bit with some of my coulouring? :)
Thanks all for your kind comments.

MOD ON ITS WAY!!!!!!!!

Hey, I was just about to propose the same! Let's put them up together and make a GameBanshee Exclusive Beautification Pack!

And no, you can't recolor her :D , because I already did. I wanted to remind people she was actually a druid, so I coloured her armour brown and added some thingies on. Oh, and I think a fighter-druid should wear no make up. So she does not.

mod on the way

All of the above's artwork is fantastic.

The many facets of creativity associated with the worlds of RPG games never cease to amaze me.

Yes, I agree with all you said. However, I thought I managed to fix her cross-eyed look... snif... ;) Some things can, and will, still be fixed, but for others I just don't have the time. Still, I hope she looks better? Just a little bit better?
Sure, your changes do make her look a little bit better. :) I'm afraid that she will always look cross-eyed no matter what you do to her, though.

First Keldorn is wonderful, great thanks!
Just picked him in current game, want change his portrait immediately ;)

Resize them and convert to bmp with any graphical redactor. Put into portraits directory two files: xxL.bmp (110x170) and xxS.bmp (38x60), then just change NPC portrait by SK.

OK, Night Heaven, here's my proposition:

I think it would be best if I sent you my "npc plastic surgery pictures" by email, so we won't inflate the thread with them. I also do some recolouring and other stuff, so be prepared for that.
But feel free to add anything you like. After all, why not come up with many different propositions, so that people could choose what they like? If you don't want it that way, just post :)

Oh, and just to get some oppinion, here's my Imoen. I wanted to make her more likable, and to wear some armor in which you could merge into the shadows...

edit: mod o the way. pictures had to be made secret :D

Thanks. That's what I needed to know. I'll definitely use these in my upcoming game. :)

OMG, she has no eye! You call it more likable? :speech:
Updated: My apologies, I did not wish anybody to offend. Anyway, it's a very good portrait. Just not for Imoen (in my point of view) ;)

Indeed...better to launch the mood when it will be ready. My proposition is quite the same...apart from one fact. I agree with some plastic surgery and I will be hounoured to add a litle extra-colours or maybe something nice on them.However...lets keep this all in two mini mods converted in a big mod. In one mod will be the portraits with unchanged faces but with my coulour touch(mines). Next will be your mod with plastic surgery npc-s.This way we will offer many possibilities of choosing to players.Of cours we will ask each other our opinions and I will not post another portrait without asking your opinion.

And now...lets keep the portraits for ourselves and when we will be ready we will launch the mod. Also..I will resize them all and do them Baldur's Gate style. We need a read-me and copy@rights , and description for every part that we had changed. Also give me an id of yahoo messenger of Msn so we can keep in touch everytime.

Also....we need two more person to help us with the mod. A person that will have a fair and square opinion about them(criticism and all) and one more for making the links with our mod(because I dont know how to make the mod downladable). If someone is interested in any of this jobs( and the prize for helping us will be a portrait with his\her picture made in hollywood style or if the person wants a diffrent portrait of a Npc fully re-made after his\her requests) please pm me .Any help will be apreciated.

QuenGalad,pm imediatly as you enter this site. :)

If you don't like something, there are less confrontational ways to express this. Please keep this in mind. QuenGalad has put some work into her efforts, and while you can certainly criticize it, do so with a sense of respect that not only embraces her, but reflects back on you.

Gosh, it has to be bad... You really don't see that she's winking? :) OK, back to work...

I'm sorry Heaven, I don't have a yahoo messenger... I'm a little bit retarded in the internet business... [blush] can you just mail me on starasztaluga@o2.pl ? I'm sorry for inconvenience. Agreed for two separate parts, of course :) Oh, and you can use my jaheira, that was just a joke :)

Thanks for backup, Fable!

If I'm not too late to make some more suggestions for Jaheira's portrait, I think it might help if you could move her mouth and nose a little closer to her left cheek. As it is, she has sort of a "snout". There is also a small, shallow cleft on her chin that should be rotated clockwise just a little bit. You should also re-position her left eye and trim her left jaw, of course. I'd be curious to see how much those changes might help.
