They did'nt say anything about Outilike's Sphere. Has anyone else noticed when you cast it on yourself (contingincy) it has no effect cause you make save vs.spell..
I thought this would be great; If you become disabled in battle you contingincy the Sphere to protect you while the hold or othe disabling spell wore off. Too bad you always save agianst it.
Overall the bug fixez are great.

Glad you like the fixes...that's one I won't be able to touch. A spell is either offensive or non-offensive; the engine can't differentiate between whether it's cast on a friend or enemy. This is what led to the problem of the "beneficial" Magic Resistance spell being used to cripple the M.R. of dragons without them going hostile.

What about Jaheira? Are her bugs fixed? I mean, it IS kind of annoying trying to romance her and not knowing whether you have done something wrong or not

Is it possible to detect a lovetalk rating and then switch it to another? When I had the problem, it was because for some reason the game hadn't set my lovetalk high enough. I was on 53, when I should have been on 55 for events to happen in their proper order.
Because nothing happens time wise, at 53 (to my knowledge), the game waited until Dermin hit, I then got 55, this activates Dawn of the Day, which slaps you on a limbo number, one where nothing happens. Bingo, romance hangs.
By the way Kevin, for your pantaloons page:
Ok, now we all know that the golden pantaloons can be saved from BG1, but i wonder if there are other things that can be saved as well. I already tried to save that vampiric sword, and it didnt appear anywhere that i can see anyway, but do anyone know about other?

Thanks for the answer to the Boots question. You are correct, the Boots did not work if the character had the Ring of Free Action.
