I believe that I am the most bored accountant in the world right now there is NOTHING to do these days and I do mean nothing (ohh well the paycheque is still the same
)
I was a little bored so I took the liberty to modify ThorinOakensfield portrait a little. so back to good old paint

I just found this:
3.11 - Is the format of the posted character portraits final, so that we can start making our own ?
Neverwinter Nights supports the following portrait sizes:
256x400 (on a 256x512 canvas) - player bio
128x200 (on a 128x256 canvas) - character sheet
64x100 (on a 64x128 canvas) - your in-game portrait
32x50 (on a 32x64 canvas) - party members and radial menu
16x25 (on a 16x32 canvas) - chat thumbnail
In order for your image to work in the game, you only need to provide the 128x200 (pasted onto a 128x256 canvas). You don't need to create any of the smaller sizes below 128, as the game can create those automatically.
