And to answer your question, one character must enter the vehicle. When he/she is in, and you bring the character's invetory, you can also see the car's inventory. THen you just drag-and-drop the items to car's inventory and vice versa.

I've not played it, but it sound interesting...I might buy it and give it a go.

From your Gunny to your shotguns you complete me. From your tanks to your rocket launchers you excite me. From the first moment I surprised a dog and splattered its guts all over the sand to the last moment I unloaded on the Calculator's glass jar with an exploding lady bug you make me tingly in the best places.

In case you haven't noticed, Tactics, I love thee and so shall play thee until I get tired of gunning down Deathclaws with automatic shotgun fire delivered in a devious cross-fire.
