SNES...but the problem with consoles is, you cannot upgrade them, 3 years and they are outdated...

I'd never buy a console, because my PC would just get lonely if I didn't use it all the timeOriginally posted by Sailor Saturn:

If I wanted a playstation or PS2, I'd be jealous.Originally posted by Yshania:
Well we are a pretty spoilt household in this respect. We have PC, playstation, N64, SNES and Gameboy.
For me? Well PC. It has to be. Though Donkey Kong Country on SNES has yet to be beaten as a platform game.
N64? Well I refuse to pay £60 for Donkey Kong 64 even though it has now been out since the console.
Playstation? Well my sister's b/f is project manager in the UK for PS and PS2 - I get a little discount
Do you have the steering wheel set up?? I don't have any accesories for my PC yet, so I have to play nascar heat with the arrows on the keyboard!Originally posted by Mr Sleep:
I think Colin McRae 1/2 on the PC is better than Gran Turismo, but then i am slightly biased towards the PC.
I do not own a console and never have, just always owned computers.....and i like it that way
Spoken like someone who has never played one of the classics. Try playing Bubble Bobble for a while. You can't tell me the designers weren't smoking something when they came up with that game (though it was still fun as hell). Makes Majora's Mask look positively mundane.Originally posted by Sailor Saturn:
Which Zelda game? Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time or Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask? Both are great games, though Majora's Mask is a bit freaked out.
I think I've played Bubble Bobble, but I don't remember for sure. Majora's Mask didn't seem quite as strange when I realized that what I thought were skirts being worn by those giant dudes were actually their beards. When I told her about Minsc and Boo, my girlfriend asked what drug the game Baldur's Gate is on.Originally posted by Kayless:

Can I introduce you to a few games like say, Counter-Strike, Need For Speed, Red Alert 2? These PC games are indeed greater than any console game I've ever seen... and multiplayer to boot!Originally posted by Rob-hin:
I think (yes I do), PC games are cool to do alone, execpt for games like worms ect.
The fun about consoles is that it's fun to do with friends, for instance playing super mario kart or super smash bros. allways fun!!

You obviously haven't been to one of my LAN partiesOriginally posted by Rob-hin:
What I meen is, it's instand lafter, not playing to win just to have fun.
I find it hard to explane, with a couple of frinds behind the nintendo is differend then at the PC, pc games can be better for solo or multie in the form of half life or red alert.
But the nintendo brings up the child in you..
