Mhr'Djynn: Virginia, Austria, Texas....what an identity crisis. you must have a split personality with that combo.
Actually, I have lived in Texas (Ft. Worth) and currently live in Virginia (Newport News)...but haven't lived in Austria (been there though, when I was 5. don't remember much, of course...)
Small world.
Gruntboy, I don't know if you ever got to see it over there, but there was an absolutely hilarious TV commercial here about cheese....it was a political spoof (long before the 2000 campaign became a spoof in and of itself) with a little girl offering a candidate some cheese, who said "I don't like cheese". He jaw almost dropped to the floor...cut away to many scenes of the candidate having doors slammed in his face, people leaving rallies, etc....the best part was Bob Dole saying "what does Bob Dole think? Well, Bob Dole thinks he (the candidate) is a DUFUS!"....
A true classic.

Pigdog:
I like that..."Peoples Republic of Seattle...."
I've known a few other places that could wear that tag.

Yes, that does rock. I get as many DVD's from there as I can, some of them aren't even out at the cinema there.
I have friends in LA, DC and Philadelphia, and a brother in New York.
Been out drinking a few times and I always get asked for ID - I carry my passport everywhere I go just in case.

A happy Australia day to you. I have a friend that lives near Melbourne that I think would really like BG2, but his wife <ahem> disagrees....and you KNOW who will win THAT little battle.....
I have it lucky. I have managed to get my wife PLAYING the game so that she does not complain about ME playing it. Only problem is getting her off the computer so that I can get to it....

Bridgeport, Connecticut via Manchester, NH and Miami, Florida. As the name implies, I'm an attorney ... who nearly flunked out of law school when I got hooked on Ultima. BG brought me out of my despair after Ultima 9. I'm not an online gamer - I like a beginning, a middle, and an end - and a one-time fee. Great board with wonderful people.
