Come on, guys. Please let's keep this, my favorite child (dramatic whimper) focused on quotes, even if it dies for lack of nourishment.

It was said by a dude named Ludovico Settembrini in Thomas Mann's "The Magic Mountain." (Terrible book; good quote.)

Ummm, Fable, I think if you look a little closer, you'll see that this isn't your quotes topic, it's a different quotes topic... shameful, trying to take credit for someone else's spamming!

I'm sure there are many historical examples of men of the cloth being involved in politics
