I can easily see myself going that little bit too far one day. It won't be for a long time, but it's quite possible. I tend to forget what's 'acceptable' when I get carried away, and though it doesn't happen much I have gotten carried away before and it's gotten me in deep trouble.

I don't have any more respect for authority than I do for anyone else, is the problem

Just make sure they're not too large. Too many animated gifs tend to slow down loading times. A few smaller ones should be okay though.
