hmm.. Rob-hin i was thinking, could you perhaps help me out a bit, when i come back.. cuz i have no idea what to do right now.. (in the rpg)
No problem.
Sorry for my late responce though...
Anyways, it's kind of hard for me since your character doesn't really take action, but thats cool. You have to play your character the way you like. Besides, I have thought of way to work with it. You can expect a post later today.
@magus
Good point. I planned today for writing but I guess I waited just a bit to long. Again, expect a post later.

Eh, I just wanted to keep the story from descending into neglect like the last two. Hopefully nobody took offense at me "voicing" the hesitation implied by lack of posting.
Anyway, if you're out there Aegis, try not to take offense at Magus's stance towards your characters. They're not sitting too well in his regard right now, after all.

He's pretty stubborn, and seeing as you pissed off the rest of the group as well

, you're going to have a hard time if you try to join up right now. Hopefully you have some contingency plans.

@Magus Certainly understandable. But I dont think anyone here would allow the story to sink into oblivion.
Yeah, I havent really seen Aegis around anywhere...of course, not like Ive been on that much, myself
As far as Acolytus' stance towards everyone, I hope everyone realizes that Im playing HIM, not me. So when he says he has his doubts regarding the two elves and Gurdio it is because, Aesiir's actions against Acolytus' friend and his association with Lilth. As far as Gurdio, there was an earlier conversation in the story when Gurdio explained the story about the thugs, but there never was a level of trust established between himself and Acolytus. I remember there was some friction, but I seem to have forgotten the EXACT details.

Ill need to look into that. He has never really talked to Magus that much, so he is undecided about him. The only person that he has initiated a lot of dialogue with, within the group that has established at least a small level of trust and/or friendship was with Gurney. But since he lacks trust to begin with, it is difficult to make him come around. In other words, you may have better hope of getting on the dire wolf's good side.
And there you have it.
EDIT-I will probably (hopefully) have a response to Magus' recent post in the story, tonight or tomorrow.

Some facts....
First, the story doesn't take place in the same time as BG. So forget about Nalia and all that, but I should have told everyone soner luckely it doesn't really matter.
Second, I do have plans with CM's character but we need to have left the village first. So hopefully we'll make that deadline before he returns.
Thats it
Just thought I'd mention those.
@Azmodan
I forgot to ask, did you see the map of the area we are in?
Here is is again anyway.

Sorry about the delay...There was an unexpected problem with internet access at home. It seems it crashes everytime I try to go to access a website.
So Ill see if I can post my post now...

So I was thinking, and its far from official, that we would run into you, and you would discuss your encounter with the woman, thereby making you relavent to the group's interest and destination, because we are also curious about her. But thats for Rob to decide.
COOL!
i got my new computer now!. so i will see you

Hmm...I just came to the sudden realization that we're not near Luskan, and that we're not hundreds of miles from De'Arnisse Hold.

Apparently I somehow confused this story with Shadowed Legacy. Anyway, looks like I'm going to have to make minor revisions to some of my recent posts. One is Magus's mention of traveling to Luskan for healing--it turns out we're nowhere near Luskan. The other involves his knowledge of the area and De'Arnisse Hold in particular. Since he's in Amn right now and not hundreds of miles up the Sword Coast, he'll probably know a little more about the area than he did before, from talking with the locals, reading up on the local history, etc.

To whom it may concern (or who care

) : I changed April 8th's post around to reflect Trademeet's proximity to Umar Hills, as opposed to Luskan. I also changed April 25's post to convey Magus's expanded knowledge of De'Arnisse Hold and local politics. Rob-hin in particular might want to look over this to make sure it is consistent with what he has in mind. If not, I would be happy to alter it to make it consistent; I just believe that Magus, being the person he is, would have picked up a lot about what's happening in the area from his habit of frequenting taverns for gossip, as well as his generally studious nature.

LOL
Alright, I'll try to explain.
x----------------x-----x
the keep----you---us (umar hils)
So yes, you are close to us.
The woman you are talking with is Serena, the woman it's all about. She was with us last night but then she left Uman hills to make her way.... somewhere
But due to her hunger and lack of sleep she collapsed on her way in the forest. You ran into her in this forest.
Now we are about to make our way to the keep, looking for her (unless someone desides otherwise).
Check the map I posted.
Look for Umar hills where we are, you are just outside of it and look for the de 'Arnise hold.

One more thing, the store is not in Umar Hills.
It's (cenveniently) on the road to our desination.

Conveniently, eh? I sense impatience.

As soon as I can muster the time, I'll try and get another post up that should tie things up for me in and around the Inn.

You sensed correctly.
Btw Magus, you are closing in on your first 1000 posts now.

Time for a party?

Kind of sad, eh? I've been here long enough to remember the beginnings of roleplaying on Gamebanshee, yet I have less posts than people who've been around for a few months or so. But that's what happens when almost all of your posts are in roleplaying threads.

But I bet I rank high on sheer number of words typed.
Hmm...party? Alright. Where's the presents?

Presents...?

What did I ever do to you?!?
And I assume Magus' comment includes me.

Well recently, all my posts ARE roleplaying.

Hence my sudden decrease of posts
As far as my internet news: Im still posting from school. And we should have made a change by Sunday, so hopefully that change will grant internet access at home. If not, back to the drawing board.
I will keep you all posted.
