I was just playing Morrowind, and oddly enough, one of the player-made mods I have downloaded ("Solstheim Castle") features one of the best renditions of "Drunken Sailor," I've heard. It's by a group called The Yarmouth Shantymen.
Unfortunately, I can't post the actual song itself, but here is one version of the lyrics..which seem oddly apt for this place.
