fine, Isee my accomadations arent good enough for you uh Hill
anyways I have a question to ask about genetics.....it seems I m not gaining weight at all...I eat and eat and nothing....I workout and I dont really notice much of a diffenence either...except that my strenght is increasing but my size is not...I was told that in the end your size(muscles) is determined by your genetics...I dont know whatto do...I cant even reach my genetic muscular potential size because I have no fat or mass to work with....what can I do?

You might wanna try joining a gym or getting very active and working out and eating lots of protien and carbs like meat n' pasta keep a balanced diet in mind and taking a supplument in (a milkshake?) of creatine. (or some roids man.)

Seriously though, my first sugguestion might work. Good luck with that, I like to keep my trim/fit figure. While I'm at it; good health to all!, Happy Thanksgiving!!

I come here to escape genetics.
Well, some people just have higher metabolisms than others. Most likely you just burn fat quickly and effiecently.
Muscle mass is difficult to increase if your genes are against it. You may want to try lower reps with higher weight, if you can handle it, as you may be becoming toned through too many reps with low weights. Or, an old trick that work for a freind of mine, if you are trying to build up biceps, taking a bar of any kind sturdy enough to hold onto, and bring yourself into a chin up. Hold it as long as you can, as if you were hanging off the edge of a cliff. It tricks your body into shoving more enrgy to those juscles, making them easier torip and repair themselves, hence, muscle growth.
Perhaps if you told me specific muscles you want to see growth with...? Genes help your body, but should not be an excuse. You are fat free, and lean, making this a metter of building up on your bones.

sorry Hill if I attacked you while you were on the run from the gene department
Well pretty much I want to increase everything, but its hard when you have nothing to increase it with..meaning muscle is built off of burnig fat,or should I say muscles eat off of your fat to grow whe nyou work out..I hope Im correct. ANd since I dont gain an ounce I dont see where these muscles will come out from....I worked out for months and got tired of not gaining weight. As far as the more weight less reps I do that already...I was told that muscle growthd starts at you lifting 60% of your maximum. I'll try the holding on trick, I usually try to go slow on the way down, but Ill try that.....any advice on my chest...any tricks to get my pecs bigger..or at least big

Well now, I'm not exactly small, but I stopped working out regularily a long time ago, so my experience lately in the newest trends to get an actual chest is not in my memory.
You gain energy from carbs and the like, and protein is a major way to assist in muscle growth. I see no problem there. Have you been told to stay away from any vitamens in particular? I heard rumours some time ago about B2 and B12, but I am not sure abvout it any longer.
Strange. You just may be the kind of person who gets cut instead of majorly ripped.
Well, I am still able to lift 200 after several years of not working out...
Well now, let me check...

Im going on opening day for the season.
I need to go to a coffee shop.
That would make me SO cool . . . and hot.
I caught 3 feet of air and fell into one of those pits that they dig around the poles
