You are right again Rav. There must be something missing at the right side of the screen in NWN cos if I carefully move the cursor off it altogether I can turn right. Any idea how to make the screen thinner?

Well, most monitors should have either buttons or an on-screen menu that allows you to do things like that. You'll need something that looks like a double-headed arrow inside a box pointing to both the left and right sides (it's a bit hard to describe). Best I can recommend is just experiment with the features on it until you find the one you're looking for.

Ah, no snow down this part of the country so far though it feels cold enough to do so.
Normally when you start waiting for the weather to calm down it starts getting worse and then you end up regretting not leaving earlier.

Don't think so. This is wimpy snow - I think it's just playing at it. And the upside is it is a lot warmer than it was yesterday

Found the buttons which were cunningly concealed right in front of my nose. GB is now thinner than it was. This thing has lots of options. What is "Degauss"? Or "H Moire"? Or "Pincushion"

Degauss is something that you're supposed to do once a month I think. Though I wouldn't say it was crucial. I think it refreshes the display or something like that, I'm not exactly of the technical idea behind it. Try it, quite surprising on the first go.
Glad you managed to make the display thinner. That should solve any scrolling problems. There should also be things that move the picture on the screen to the right and left (as well as up and down) so you should be able to get it to match the screen size.

Yeah, Degauss does you a shock on the first try. You wonder if you've broken amonitor if you do that by accident.

No, but when I checked GB this morning, your post was the last one here, and since were in the same time zone & the times indicated for the edit was fairly exceptional - it jumped to the eye (bad translation). And so I wasn't expecting you this early. When I get to bed that late I usually don't get out before noon (happens almost only on Sundays these days).
