Onething fur sure, it's VGA card hungry. Ya need at least GEforce 4 to play it smoothly

and innocent peopns are specially good like when u get cuaght stealling and want to vent your frustration...then reload after u kill off a town or too

reload? Nope, not my style...just kill enough to give you the reputation of say, Vlad the Impaler...but don't off anyone that you need to continue the plot. I like being feared

Yes. You can kill anyone you want, unless they relate with the plot and you want to go through with the plot.

As Scayde pointed out, you could provoke them into attacking, or if you have a lot of money, you can just pay the bounty, or better yet, pay for a cheaper price at the Thieves guild.

And if you do blow the plot.you can still complete the main quest....by killing a god

Three is also the possibility of doing the game as a vampire
