Seeing as im on the inside heres the scoop:
They are Scout Masters
Scout Masters are not the Root of all Evil in Scouting.
Although the Assistant Scout Master of my Troop did teach us how to make a flaming tennis ball launcher one time.
The Evil comes from the days of yore in Scouting.
The Evil is passed down from the Elder Scouts to the Little Scouts.

You see Slade, Scouts teaches you to play with fire, the right way. We dont blow each other up, burns, and forest fires may result but hey... thats why they teach us First AId.
