The sound you make when you've been working for no less than nine hours a day (usually closer to twelve) for nine days straight when you aren't used to that kind of schedule, without taking breaks during shifts when you're on your feet the whole time, eating half a meal a day, getting burns and cuts, and midway through the temperature drops twenty degrees and your heat won't turn on and you get a cold.
We "closed" at 11:00 PM last night but I was on the line working alone (for the first time) and orders kept coming in until a quarter to twelve, and I hadn't had a chance to do my changeovers or clean yet. Schedule had me on till 11:00... I was there till 1:30 AM.
I'm in the US, too. Am going home to see parents next weekend, to help my mom with a wedding shower. Do you have more exciting vacation plans than that?
