So far as I know it's 18. But you can have a great time in Ireland without drinking and certainly in the rural parts they don't mind underage people being in the pubs. I'm sure you'll love it. I do :D

@ Rav. Finn mac Cool and a scottish giant did it. I can't find the proper versio of the story, where they throw rocks at each other. Another version is here

I had a feeling it might be connected to Giant's Causeway. Didn't know the myth behind it though. Seems to think Scottish giants are better than Irish ones. :p ;)

But not as smart as Irish women. That's OK for me too

Legal drinking age is 16 in Belgium. Though you are allowed to enter a bar if you're younger, but the barman can be sued if he serves to underage drinkers, but it is not very strongly enforced. And I think other continental European countries are similarly relaxed.
But then there's not really a tradition of binge drinking, and people usually don't go for the strong stuff.

Actually, EPSC did the last one, so perhaps earlier. However, from what I hear, Kayless isn't going to do one before christmas, IIRC. :(

Trying to take over from my comic finding Lestat? ;)

@Hill, yeah I know, but I think I saw a thread on the DCI forum that it would be delayed as she had exams or something.
