Darkpoet! Oh no...
We might have a problem here ladies... It seems somebody really didn't want Darkpoet to survive that fight... I was down at the Copper Coronet having a pint with Nalia, and I overheard Bernard... The half orc's blade was poisoned![]()

We have to get DP to a temple before it's too late!</STRONG>
The Harem Tent
Hmm....I remember hearing about a new clinic runned by a certain Doctor Waverly just down the street.Might be a good idea to send DP there first

Hmmmmm, it's an interesting coincidence that Waverly's clinic is so close by, are we really sure that we want to take DP there????
We might be safer to take him to the ever ever grateful priests over at Helm or Lathander.

Don't worry DP, I think the Temple of Waukeen here in Trademeet should be able to help...
Jeez, you're still bitter about the whole Omar thing? Y'know, I don't *have* to help you out. I could help loner find Gwalchmai...
Come on Anomen, get up off the chaise longue and help me get DP to the Temple!!
But... who would have poisoned that blade??

Having succeeded in exhausting all three Dryads, Gwalchmai stumbles out of the grove. Drained from his travels, feverish, he makes it to a small cabin, somewhere, he’s not sure...
Darkness and delirium overcomes him. He feels himself falling into a deep crevasse, not unlike the Lady Dragon Wench’s ample cleavage. He feels warm, snug, as if in Lady Vivien’s flannel embrace. He dreams of a voice, clear as a bell, singing in the softly lilting, sensual tones of his Lady Jennabard (a voice he has not heard for quite some time). The aroma of Lady Georgi’s velvet hair, like spring lilacs and orange blossoms in full bloom. The silky smooth skin of Lady Loner’s hand, softly caressing.
He sees anger, detached, floating away. How could he harbor ill will toward Darkpoet? Isn’t there more important things to life? Isn’t The Harem all that matters?
Forbidden images, desires, hopes drift around Gwalchmai. The small of their backs, full lips softly parted, long thighs under short leather skirts... Down, he falls, plumets.
Is this the end? Will noone rescue the Willing Slave, the First, the Ever-hopeful?

Dragon Wench has decided to help Loner track down the Harem's missing slave. Donning magical armour and packing enough flame potions with which to fell an entire army of Dryads she muses that perhaps the Umar Hills might be a good place to start searching........Talking to the patrons of the Innesvale Tavern yields some interesting information. No they have not seen Gwalchmai, but they have seen a mysterious doctor conspiring with the leader of the Orcish armies. Now what could this mean.....?

Lady Georgi paced the tent. Where would Gwalchmai have gone to look for Darkpoet? Where had Loner gone to look for Gwalchmai?
Sighing, she strapped on her magical armour and gathering her weapons, set out into the stormy night. One of them would find him, surely...
She set off towards the local druid grove, the rain cruelly lashing her face. Perhaps Cernd would be able to help...

Who, me?!?
Alone in the wild, Loner takes a long swig from her flask. Contrary to Brink's warning (shouted after her as she ran swiftly out the door), the liquor ignited her blood and awakened her senses. She had already traveled far with the help of the Boots of Speed, following every meagre clue she could discover. Alas, all searches proved fruitless, all ends dead...until Fate smiled upon her search at last.
"WOOF! What are you doing here, wanderer? It's late at night and this part of the wild is off-limits to all but ranger protectors."
"I am the Lady Loner of the Harem of the Dark Flame," Loner replied to the canine before her. "I seek a companion and will not rest until he is found. Perhaps you can assist me?"
"The Harem? Of Trademeet? Hmmm, I have heard of you. You seem harmless enough. A man came by here earlier who claimed to be your slave. Could he be the one you seek?"
Loner's heart swelled with hope. "I'm sure of it! Is he here?"
"No, he left after speaking to Darkpuppy."
"Darkpuppy?!" It was then that Loner knew, Gwalchmai had gone off looking for Darkpoet and had tracked him here.
"Yes. He was on his way to the Barbarian Community College, I think. Ah...you might not want to go there all alone as you are..."
Loner thought for a moment. "Well...did Darkpoet have any former hideouts or homes around here?"
"Hmmm...there's the old greenhouse near the dryad place..."
"Dryads?!" Loner shuddered at the thought of Gwalchmai at the hands of dryads. "Now he'll NEVER come back."
Nevertheless, she struck out again, toward the dryad grove, hoping against hope...

"Ah! Lady Georgi of the Dark Flame. What can we do for you on this foulest of nights, lady?"
"Have you seen anyone pass by this way, Cernd? Our servant is missing, we must find him before something terrible happens!"
"A shadowy figure did pass through these parts, yes... He looked as though he was heading for the druid grove."
Lady Georgi turned to leave.
"Be careful, my dear, if you intend to travel that road alone. The path is perilous."
Lady Georgi sighed. "Well, it's a risk I'm going to have to take. But thank you, Cernd."
She trudged onward, scanning the path ahead for some sign of the Harem's loyal servant...

Lady Loner pauses in her trek, surveying her surroundings. On such a dark night however, it was hard to see anything at all...
Wait -- there was a light approaching. For caution's sake, Loner unsheathed her shimmering blade and ducked behind a tree, awaiting the passing of the figure. When it got close enough, Loner let out a gasp of recognition.
"GEORGI!! Is that YOU?!"

Whispering cautiously, the chatty bar keep at the Innesvale Tavern, reveals to Dragon Wench that the mysterious doctor and a band of orcs have consumed copious quantities of Merlot (it appears that it took the doctor considerable effort to instill upon the orcish palate an appreciation for the ruby liquid of which he is so fond). Not only that, but as the alert bar keep was kept busy serving the unruly mob, he heard snippets of their conversation, and confides to Dragon Wench that he is certain he caught the names "Dark Poet" and "Gwalchmai" while passing by.
Dragon Wench, now thoroughly alarmed consumes a fire breath potion and heads back out into the night.
