Thanx, I was pleasantly surprised aswell.
Especially since I donn't like Depeche Mode.
Congrats on the 1k Magus.
Tyb is right, RP wouldn't be the same without you.

@Tyb and Rob: Likewise.
It seems I took a bit of an extended nap.

I'll try to get something up today. Hopefully.

I just realized I may have portrayed an impossible situation. For those of you familiar with string instruments, is it possible to play an octave on a ballist by just plucking different strings (i.e. without also pressing down on the strings to change the strings' vibration length)? If not, I might have to make a small change to my post (the general idea should hopefully remain the same).

Wow....youre getting down and dirty with every detail.
I dont know anything about instruments, so, it wouldnt make a differenence to me.
I am now starting to write my post. Should be done within the next hour...no idea on how long it will be.

Eh, I like a certain touch of believablity in my writing. It makes it more immersive, I feel.

Good to see you. I believe your characters are still lying by the burnt-out Inn. Must be having a barbecue or something.

Yes, we seem to be getting quiet, and even the story is starting to fall to the bottom of the page...
We seem to go through spurts of posts, then suddenly stop. Its been quite annoying... Heres to hoping it picks up again soon

I'm busy with exams now, but I'll have something up by the end of the week. If no one's posted by then, I'll see what I can do to advance the story. I have a hunch it'll probably be Mursalin-related. Is that alright with you, Rob, or would you rather do it yourself?

Well, I was hoping CM had posted about the actions of his character. But he hasn't.
So he can catch up with us or Aegis's characters or whatever he want to do.
Plan is to run into Azzy in the short run now.
I'm busy aswell... sorry about that.
But things have gone wild here... I'll see what I can do. Promise.

This should be interesting...
Will Serena parley peacefully? Will Halya intervene? Will Acolytus knock me senseless?

Now now, Acolytus isnt a loose cannon.

He just needs a bit of help when dealing with strangers.

Wouldn't Acolytus have realized who she was when Magus called her Serena? That was the intention, anyway, and thus why I predicted Acolytus would "clench his spear convulsively."

Yes, its not like I didnt notice the name being said, but more of a disregard of him saying it. Methinks Acolytus' frustration caused him to not hear you clearly.

As you say, then. So Acolytus is clenching his hands convulsively because of Magus...
Are you sure he's not a loose cannon?

I guess it's alright, as long as he heals me afterwards...
