it seems your last incredibly important post put you at exactly 11,000... Wow, what a coincidence...
Seriously though, Hi Rav and Congrats!

You know, that was odd. I thought I'd posted my 11000th last night and it turns out I hadn't. Anyway, like I'm the only who just says hello in a post.

You did reach it last night

What if they've stopped counting your posts Rav :speech:

@ Fiona: Huh? It didn't stop at least cause he has 11,002 now... Wait but he's only posted 1 since the 11,000th... WTF?
... Maybe I've gone crazy....

@Fiona, I was sure that I had to.
Maybe it's something to do with that mess I had with the double-post last night. Maybe someone deleted the double. *shrugs*
@Tony, oh, things are fine.
Had another run-in with the mentally depressed but that worked out well enough.

The mods did delete my double post.
I wonder if I'm the first person on GB to acheive the same landmark post twice?

As opposed to the physically depressed? I just had the mental image of someone being squashed under a giant tongue-depresser that doctors use. "Get this stupid popsicle-stick-thing off of me!"
P.S.: My first post in the Spam Factory! liek omg wtf lol

Welcome Aramant.
Can't help with the tongue depresser but this might work for you. It's a picture of my nightmares

Or under a giant foot (think Monty Python)
P.S.: Watch out. It gets addictive.

Welcome to the SF, Aramant.
More on the scale of going slightly obsessive on small things.. Like putting a 'male' coat in a 'female' place (e.g. the edge of a chair). Then proceeding to be told about morals and principles of such things.

Holy cats, you guys reply quickly. What do you do, keep refreshing the thread?
Actually, don't tell me. If you say "yes", I'll probably end up doing it too. Actually, I probably will anyway. Crap. This IS addictive.
Ravager, I didn't realize that chairs had gender. Or did you mean it's thought to be a feminine thing to put one's coat on the edge of a chair? Also, if it's such a big deal, buy a coat tree, or invest in some hooks!

Sounds very educational, Ravager.
Course it would be wasted in the romance languages (too easy) but it makes a good party game in english, I bet

Can you delete your own posts? That'd make repetitive landmarking pretty easy.

Heh, neither did I. Apparently I'd been placing my coat near towels and such. Which wasn't really approved of.
I said that!
Where did she expect me to put my coat when there's no coathooks? Tsk.
Obviously in a place that has been classed 'male'...
No, you can't delete your own posts. Though I think it's the second time that it's happened to me.
@Hill, aww, shucks. I was hoping I'd been the first.

At one time, that was possible, but several member became embarrassed by their postcounts, and deleted entire threads full of responses to lower it.
Buck disabled it after that.
