Because I know I was able to get on at least three networks that were open around my appartment (and I live in a residential area so certainly no public wireless connections as you might find in restaurants or aeroports...). Maybe you should look into this with your provider.

I was actually joking.
I've been pretty much the only one using the internet for the last week or so. Now that I'm not the only one using it, my speed has gone back to what it normally is, and I'm just ladydogging.
