What is the Chinchilla Bhaalspawn??

Sorry, I am not answering the current question, I am just curious about the answer to the previous question.

Its some silly Bhaalspawn you find in the Marching Mountains, somewhere in the northwestern quarter of the map. He has the sprite of a rabbit and has a varied bunch of non-human companions. They attack you and run away when they're almost going to be wiped out. Or at least, thats what they did when I got to them.
