Yes, you could have killed the ogres (I'm sure there are plenty others), but isn't it much more fun to squirm your way out?

Good thing DW's stallion from book 5 doesn't feature in this section of the story !

btw, @all. I designed my recent book five post so that my character might be holding a Wish spell without realising it. I am thinking she will have high lore by this point, so chances are that she automatically identified it just by touching the thing but distracted as she is, she has not yet actually looked at it. So, it could serve as one way in which we are transported back in time to Ogre Falls. And of course, given that DW does not have an especially high wisdom, anything could happen if she uses a spell like that....

Just a stray thought anyway

Hi there Sisters, *Big HUGS*...Just a quick post here, I can 't stay and play.....I just wanted to tell DW I read your post....it was fantastic. I have chill bumps. You have a way with writing that evokes so much emotion. I love the wish scroll by the way...great touch. Now we know how we are to get to Ogre Falls
