Exactly, they already ahve their minds made up, probably over 20 years ago. I remember Mick Jagger saying, don't trust anyone over the age of 60 (maybe 50). That was for a good reason.

Well you can be still nice, but you have to show your "niceness" is under your control. But when you find that mutual friend that you are nice to and vice verse, you have found a true friend.
