First problem, door doesn't have a lock. Second problem, if I hide out and avoid the family... it can have repercussions....
Of course, my son is hiding in his room playing WoW, but he gets away with it... lucky little brat...

But, there *is* lots of alcohol around, so that is one consolation, at least something to ease the pain

Well, only my dad is over, and he is pretty indulgent with his grandson. My SO has tried to pull him out into the living room a couple of times, but I'm more empathetic... Indeed, I have snuck into his room a few times to listen to his Ipod and observe his WoW character blasting magic around caves and dungeons
