They're paid in Bucks. Buck money, which is good to buy any of a number of GameBanshee merchandise, but don't try to use it in the real world, as it looks exactly like Monopoly money.

Thank God Rav, I knew I could count on you. I was feeling very unloved here, the closest I got to a welcome was JI pointing out in the Above Your Post thread that I "had been gone awhile".
Actually that's not bad, I always figured the mods had to pay Buck and the mysterious site owner for the privilege... Hell I'd pay, do you have any idea how many times I've wanted to edit the text in somebody else's post and replace it with a hand-of-God "READ RULE 4 ARTICLE 9 YOU ILLITERATE HACK!"?
