I've done so over the past year. However, to be frank, I didn't notice an improvement in my life, so I didn't bother sticking to it. I spend roughly the same, if not less each month when I am drinking, and I have more fun, and tend to eat better, and be more active when doing so as well. All in all, it isn't any better or worse for me to drink or not to overall.lol! Well I'm not sure the place really needs to be guarded from anything...
