Well, that's all well and good, except for two things. One, I'm not the strongest human specimen around, and would get myself beat senseless if I tried that. And two, they're both women (the forced cynic and the friend who stood me up), and despite my whole world view of equality, I was raised since the first day of my life to never hit a girl (which I have broken in times past, yes, but I was a kid then and we don't need go into it).
