Well, punched with his head to opposed player, who probably was taunting him... got red card and was out from the game when first OT was played about 20 minutes, IIRC

Can we set one base principle?

For names, unless you know the correct spelling, assume that previous spellings are correct and use them.

His opponent made a racial slur at him and he headbutted him for it.

Hola Mellez.

I didn't see it, but from what I heard he head-butted someone in the chest because he said something bad about his mom/sister. Seems like a little overreation, but then the response to it seems to be greatly exaggerated as well.
