The prelude is boring but not really worth skipping, you get some half-decent equipment in there and up to level 3 I think. The Original Campaign is long though. Doesn't link to the expansions either.
These days I just use the modules you can download for NWN, some of them are better than what Bioware is capable of.

Hehe. I thought you needed to play through the chapters at least once to be able to play a character from the beginning of them...

I've played through bits and pieces of each of the three parts of the game. The problem is, the codes aren't working, and I figured it'd be easier to just skip the prelude, add a level and 500 gold on my character and call things even. BUT, the codes aren't working so now that means I have to go back, start over and do the prelude, which I hate. Do I need to go into the NWN folder and type some nonsense in one of the files to make them work or something?

Bah, I'm a moron, figured it out.

My brother and his friends are all heading out tonight to the clubs. Last time I went, I almost started fights. Soooo, no going for me.

Just finished packing away Chrissy decorations... quite depressing actually .

Lets see, I made two new NPC molds (Elite Dreamer and Altmeri Volunteer) I got about 25 non-unique (there new to the game, but there are more than one) NPC's placed, a new faction created (the Altmeri Militia, dedicated to the destruction of the sixth house), some new armor and weapons made, and a few other loose ends tidied up. Pretty impressive. :laugh:

I got bored with my game already.

Still got that to do here. I'll probably leave it until other people get back from their holidays.

Yeah, I suffered that problem with BG1 for many a character, and BG2 once, when I partially stuffed up.
