Not too bad. I just found out this morning that the email I spent 3 hours getting ready before my vacation was completely ignored by everyone. I went through all the specs and documents we need to reference, summarized everything nice and simple so everyone would know what they were supposed to do.

We finally have a status meeting today.
Me: So we're about to start the next qual... we need to start by running at Room temp, HOT and COLD
Rob: Oh, we need to run at all three temps? That won't be ready for a few weeks.
*We were supposed to start today to be on schedule*

Me: So did you check if we need to do this extra test like I pointed out?
My boss: Oh I didn't even notice that, it's a good thing you pointed that out, it takes 2 weeks to do that.

*GRRRRRRR*

So now, since both items are in the critical path it pushges the whole project out by 3-4 weeks.
