A note from Waverly’s Attorney:
Waverly Ventures, LLC owner of the Waverly™ and Doc Waverly™ trademarks would just like to remind the Dark Flames that any and all use of Waverly, his name, likenesses, or patented Evil Rogue™ idiom will need prior written approval. Approval is also contingent upon authorization to make editorial changes to story content, including, but not limited to, adding scenes depicting his licensed Feckless Flirting™, the deflowering of Dark Flames, or deleting unflattering mischaracterizations. Waverly Ventures, LLC will maintain 10% interest in any enterprise featuring trademarked Waverly names, likenesses, or characterizations.
The good news is that Waverly has granted limited approval to have his likeness cast into a chocolate dragon, which may or may not be melted down, consumed, or molded into alternate endearing forms. Alternate endearing forms may be used and enjoyed by registered Dark Flames in good standing, but may not be subject to pejorative comments as to the size and or degree of enjoyment said objects offer.

Thanks Gwally. I felt like I had to post my segment, since it almost appeared to me that you were being forced to single-handedly (erm with DW and Ysh) write Book 6!!!

Kerouac beat it by typing "On the Road" on one large continuous roll of paper and taking a lot of methedrine.
