I think I posted a link in one of my other posts showing how it has already effected economy, not just in the US, but in other parts of the world as well. I'm not sure how bad all of this will get and I really don't want to think about it yet. It's been about 7 hours since I got up and saw the results and watched Tower 1 collapse live...and I'm still in a state of shock over it.

I just heard that World Trade Center building 5 is compromised and on the verge of collapsing.

Does anyoen have any resources upon nostradomes's predictions? One of the earlier posts ahd a quote from him, and its eerily true. Condolences to all who have lost someone. Also its reported that a total of EIGHT planes have been hi-jacked.

Also i ahev a ques for those living in britain and such, are your countries comminitting to measures to prevent any attacks against America's allies?

Thorin, sorry for mis-spelling your name, but i doubt that the people who have lost their building have lost their jobs.
I may be wrong here but i do think your dads and my cousins jobs are intact.
It might be some time before the actually work, but the govt will do something.

Everyone is still stunned by this.
In Ireland our president seemed to have been overcome by emotion before she came on the air. No idea what measure will be taken yet.
As for prophices they come through eventually
as long as people look for them
this could easily apply to the year 32402 as to now

I think every government in the Northern hemisphere is discussing this right now.... Here in Sweden they have cancelled all regular TV-programs and are dicussing terrorism.... This misery will leave an impact for decades to come....

I feel, simultaneously, like I want to express my views on this topic, and that all discussion is useless ...
I guess I would like to say that I am heartened by what people have stated in this thread, and I only wish that the world at large were as reasonable and compassionate as the average Game Banshee member.
My condolences to all those affected by the tragedy (Darkpoet, Thorin, et. al.).

All flights above London have been diverted, and security has been stepped up at all UK airports... Government and military buildings are on high alert... Security has also been stepped up at British military bases around the world...
