No, the chicken came from the other side of the road and lays eggs eversince. That's how it really started...


Still, in the question of the chicken and the egg, the species of the egg is not named, so it could be a dinosaur egg.

chicken gave birth to a chick, the chick was in a thin membrane, over time the membrane evolved into an egg
