Ever since I got to my parents' place, I've been sick. Damn allergies. And I'm stuck here until next Saturday at the earliest. If my car wasn't such a piece o' crap with its broken a/c, I'd go places. Like the computer store... and the dread mall... I need pants. My mom was supposed to leave me the keys to her car in case I wanted to go back to my place for any reason, but apparently not.

That's quiet, not quite. You know, it's a shame the English language has to be sullied at the hands of the likes of you, you, you brute, you!

To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

[QUOTE=Ravager]Wow, GB must be particularly orderly at the moment for you to post here, fable...

As we used to say back in Babylon, order is less important to maintain than linguistic accuracy. Sure, we had more crime, but at least we didn't cringe before poorly writen cuniform tablets.

Now you cringe before inaccurately spelled words on a computer screen? What made such a drastic change?
I think I just spoke out of turn. Excuse me.

I thought the words "cuneiform" and "written" have maintained the same spelling since the eighties, or is this more of America's bastardization of the English language?
I hope this goddess chooses to beat you for not learning your lessons well enough, or am I too tied up with pain killer medication to understand what you are saying?

Unfortunately, life and other forum duties beckon. Well, something that resembles a life.
