Sorry, that was thoughtless of me.

there is a widish button round about the top left (under the bit where it tells you where you are) and another near the bottom left under the last thread title, Both on the forum index page (where it shows all the threads on the first page at SYM, for example) Either will do

When you are in a general forum screen (like looking at all the Speak Your Mind threads), there is a button near the top of the forum right under the name and above all the threads. See attached.
