We can smell BBQ here, and that's good.
And I am on Central time. It's 5:30pm now, I'll probably leave around 6pm (normally I am at work until 6-7pm unless I have something specific to leave early for).

We work long hours here. When I leave at 6pm there are still several exempt (salaried engineers/managers/etc) employees still around.
