I'm not crying, just very teary. Especially well I'm listening to No One But You. Very touching song by the remaining three members.

I have always found it to be sad when I hear about one member of a band dying. Not only is that person gone, but the finished product they all did together will never be the same. If the band was to continue, they would never again have that same energy, or the same results, a constant reminder that their friend and band member is gone whenever they play or hear their music.

But it's so funny! Chu, did you see?
Yes, and I must say unfortunately. *Shudders*

It WAS pretty funny though.

Queen was a different breed, they never changed members.
Now John Deacon won't get back with the band, and of course Freddie leaves a huge hole, one that IMHO, Paul Rodgers just can't fill.

That's exactly right. I will always love Queen, it isn't like a one year thing, then move onto another band. I love all four of them, I always will. You could tell when they performed that they
meant what they were singing and playing. They all were (and are for the remaining three) unbelievably skilled in their own ways. If there's one thing I want to do before I die, it's to go see Freddie's statue in Montreux, Switzerland. I can't exactly say I knew him, but through his music... I don't know, it's really hard to explain. I can't explain what music, especially Queen's, means to me.

I've actually I don't want to see the concert in Vancouver, or anywhere, for that matter, unless Brian May does another solo tour. You're right, Paul Rodgers and anyone else will NEVER replace Freddie, it's impossible to replace him.
Impossible. It sucks that John isn't back, he was great as well. I love them all. So much.

God, how I love them.

*nods* I love AC/DC, their first singer was garbage, but the second one, he was unique. He didn't so much sing, as tell a story to music. With the third singer, it's a different sound. I like almost all of their music, but still, it's not the same. Lynyrd Skynard isn't the same since their band members died either.

Yeah, you can just hear the emotions. Whether it's sorrow or excitement, or anything, you feel the music. Bands like Queen, AC/DC, The Beatles, The Eagles, and many others show this. It's great. Not only classic rock bands, though, you could hear it in Ray Charles, and Marvin Gaye, and even when they don't sing at all.

They have left Rav, it's safe to come out now.
I am slowly mastering this evil neck tie business. I no longer feel like I have to choke someone with them when I am trying to get them working properly.

Yay!!
That's good to hear. I think I had more trouble with uncomfortable shoes during the last time I was forced to wear a tie.
The tie was fine in comparison.
