Ah, Mistress Georgi, perfection is too small a word for you.

How is Lady Loner doing? Can I rub her feet? Has anyone thought to revive her yet?

Dragon Wench hearing, Jennbard's wish to return to the tent, suggested that perhaps it might be better to wait until morning, since they were grimy, hungry and exhausted after their heroic battles against ogres, dryads and unrelenting rain.
After a feed of trout and copious draughts of Tia Maria everyone began to feel better, and even began to imagine that the adventure had been fun. But at that moment, they all realised that it was not over. They had yet to discover who had attempted to poison Dark Poet, and whether or not Waverly had been involved in this darkest of conspiracies.

"Well", Lady Georgi said, stretching and stifling a yawn, "the mysterious Waverly will still be mysterious after a few hours' rest... And all that dryad-killing has worn me out."
She curled up with her head in Gwalchmai's lap  no, in an innocent way  and fell asleep.

'Night all :)

(Loner awakens in the night. All is dark. The pounding in her head is weaker but persistent. Dimly she remembers fighting a nasty group of dryads...and now it appears as if she is in a cabin somewhere. She can just make out the sleeping forms of her companions in the dimness.

She struggles to rise and goes out into the moonlight. All is calm, but the ground is soaked as from a heavy recent rain. There is a dull ache in her right shoulder. A dryad's arrow, she recalls...She looks down. Removing the bandages, she sees that the wound has been treated with some kind of balm, but is gruesome to behold nonetheless. It will likely be permanently scarred...

With a sigh, Loner re-ties the bandages and goes back inside.)

softly playing the last note, jennabard magically trapped the door against intruders and returned to the fireplace, thinking of her recent adventures in the underdark and soon fell asleep.

Darkpoet eyes open quickly, trying to get his bearings, in hazy mind. Shakely, he stands, leaning on the table. He hears snoring behind him. Darkpoet turns and starts to laugh, Anomen is pastout with eight bottles of wine, around him. Darkpoet throws a loaf of bread at Anomen, he awakes with a snort.

"Come on Hero, help me get to the temple, above the Copper Coronet. Before this gets any worse."

"Why should I help you, servant?"

"Because, if you don't. A certain party will know, where you were at three nights ago."

Anomen's eyes almost bulged out of his head. Darkpoet just smiled.

"How do know about that?"

"Who do you think, brought you home? Who do you think, cleans you up, when you smell like puke and perfume? Now lets get moving, I'm really starting.................."

Darkpoet passes out, as he falls, he hits his head on the table. Which puts a large gash on the side of his head. Anomen looks at him, thinking he's dead, goes and looks for another bottle of wine. Figuring that Gwalchmai, can clean up this mess, when he gets here.

Upon waking in the small cabin, the party hastily ate and prepared to leave. Not only did they need a soak in the jacuzzi after their escapades, but they felt a growing sense of unease. Something told them that it was imperitive they return to the tent as soon as they possibly could.
Resplendant in leather halter tops and mini skirts the four Harem members, along with their devoted slave, Gwalchmai, speedily packed their belongings and set off for Trademeet. They calculated that without rests they should arrive at Trademeet before noon.(The leather halter tops +5 could cast improved haste radious 30 feet thrice per day).

*Vivien stands and stretches, wondering why she had fallen asleep in the middle of a sentance...Then she realized that she had been drinking wine that WAVERLY had given her... who knows what exotic drugs floated within the bottles. Luckily, she awoke refreshed and energized, so the drug apparently was benificial after the 'knocking one out' part was done.*

Waverly: :p

*She turned to see if any of the others had returned and was astonished to see Darkpoet talking to the air, he mentioned something about 'three days ago' babbled a bit more and then passed out. Apparently he had thought he was talking to someone? She turned back around and saw Anomen sleeping the sleep of the just in the large bed. Rushing over to Darkpoet, she saw that he was apparently poisoned and very weakened. She tried to move him, but again his weight proved too much, so she was forced to cast 'strenght' onto herself, and she thanked her stars for her mage spells. This time he actually was liftable, and she hobbled towards the tent doorway, hoping that she'd find a temple in time...*

OOC: Back all :) Wonderful additions Georgi, Loner72, DragonWench, Jennabard and Gwalchi :D

Fable: ROFL!! Feel free to bring your light sword here anytime good Sir ;)

@Viv: You can choose one of the following responses to your wine comment. Please disregard the comment you do not choose in future posts :) :
1) I told you I would play nice. Maybe you just can’t handle you wine :p
2) Do you not wonder why you awoke so refreshed? Image

As Vivien came out of the tent, she ran into Bernard.

"Here lass, let me help you."
Taking Darkpoet, from her and placing him in a cart.
"I'll take him to the healer, and bring him back when he's better. Oh, by the way. He wanted to give this to you ladies, just in case something happened to him. It's his winnings, 25,000 gold pieces."

Vivien took the saddle bags, with a perplexed look on her face. As Bernard left with Darkpoet.

*Vivien looks into the bag as the rumbling cart pulls away. The gold dazzles her eyes, and she finds herself fighting visions of herself decked out in the latest fashions of Amn. But, with reluctance, she leaves the bag on the table, to be discussed with the other harem members.*

Waverly: I choose to believe the good of you ;) If Viv can't remember, I'm sure you were a good boy ;)

*She looks once more out the tent flap, wondering if the others will return, hoping they've found dear Gwal...*

@Viv: Very admirable of you...er..me. Whatever :)

*Luckily Vivien has chosen to be a mage in this story. She first casts haste upon herself, followed by farsight, which allows her to see the fleeing back of a traiterous man. She casts 'hold person' on him, and is pleased to see it has the desired affect. Walking over to stand in front of him she takes the money, deciding that she'll have to hold onto it from now on. She then heads back to town after bestowing a kiss on Waverly's cheek. A robe of the good archmagi is just what she may need* ;)

Okay, this is a non storyline thought :) But, have you noticed how much sexier the BG1 women were compared to BG2? The paper dolls? An example would be Dynaheira, her paper doll with a mage robe was very pretty, bare stomache and leg etc...In BG2 it just makes the person look A) frumpy (human) B)flat (elvin)

Anyone else notice this? :)

Vivien, there might be a different artist revision. There might have been a different artist for BG2.

After an uneventful trip back to Trademeet, the party returned to the Tent.
Casting a disparaging glance at the snoring, slack-jawed Anomen, Dragon Wench's thoughts drifted to the Umar Hills.....But wait! she suddenly realised that SOMEBODY might just be plotting for the Harem to begin developing disloyal notions towards it's beloved knight.

Obeying an internal command, she marched over to the recumbant Anomen, expertly forced his drooling lips apart and poured the Harem's Special Elixir of Sobriety into his comatose form. With a start he awoke and looked worriedly at the Harem. Lady Georgie, who by this time had gained no small amount of skill in the art of extracting information smartly kicked him in the ... shins and demanded that he provide a detailed account of his activities in the last few days. With a dangerous glint to her expression, and brandishing Razer, she warned the increasingly uneasy knight that any attempt at falshood would result in dire consequences.

Hope none of you mind this addition. If you prefer to change it, just send me a note and I'll do any edits, changes whatever.

Loner sits on a nearby cushion and adjusts the cloak she had draped to hide the unsightly scar, which not even Branwen's Healz-All Ointment could completely efface :( . She notice the absence of Vivien and hopes it is because she got Darkpoet to a temple...

"Yes indeed," Loner says as Dragonwench administers the elixir. "I think it high time we got to the bottom of all this..."

She stands ready with quarterstaff in her one good hand, should anything untoward occur...
