due to realpolitik annoying the hell out of me at the moment, all builds (sent privately or posted) will be collated tonight if they're all in, and on monday if they aren't. someone else will then have to post the updated map since i don't have a correct one up to date. once that is done, i can recreate a correct one for myself, and i'll be back on track.

russia - build army in sevastapol
france - remove picardy and gascony armies
germany - remove denmark fleet
england - no builds
turkey - build fleet in smyrna, army in constantinople
italy - build fleet in rome
