Oh, I think we're going to be left alone for most of the week, so no lecturers hassling us, just passing the buck of 'if you don't do the work, it's your own fault you've failed the week' etc. They'll just expect us to have the stuff done by the end of the week.
Eh, that doesn't sound so bad I suppose. At least it'll be a change of pace.

Well that's pretty cool then. I do better with independant work. IF it truly is independant. If I need to follow rules and instructions and such, I'm always having to ask for clarifications and I hate that.

You know what I realized? My tolerance is low compared to how it used to be. However, it is still higher than most people's tolerance levels. Even guys the same weight as me. Wierd.

Hmmph. I'll have to waste 3 hours each day on trains (plus the extra cost due to that), whereas normally I have 2 days without travelling, it'll only be independent up to point of them telling us what to do at the start I expect.
*sigh* I could use the time to do coursework or find a job for the next academic year, but no, I have to do this instead.
And the reality is always worse then the University portrays. :(
Anyway, enough about that. It's depressing me. :o

Heh, I know I'll have to start getting up earlier in a week for work so I can be at the bus stop 40 minutes before work starts since I don't drive. I'm not looking forward to that at all.

I need better music. Music is a cure for almost anything.

At least I'd have the choice.
And yes, you're probably right again. :p

I have the urge for a large pizza, and lots of sleep at the moment. That, or a girl and bed. Either one would work. Unfortunately, I think I'm out of luck there. :p

Well if you're going for the latter I'd get started soon before they're all too drunk to talk your ear off about their aspirations and...

Wait a tick... :D

Buy one of those CD-containing things that can hold 40+ CD's, I put all my NWN CD's in one.
Though I can't stand putting CD's back in cases or anything, I just leave the ones I use a lot lying around in easy reach. :p

Exploding again, eh? *brings out fire extinguisher*

Heh, if I had money to blow and felt a bit better I'd go back up to the bar. I used to be good at playing pool. That game gives me all sorts of material for dirty comments. I could have a bit of fun there if I decided to do that. Yet, I blew $30 there and only got myself 2 drinks and my brother 2. His best friend bought me an $8 drink too. No clue why he did that, wouldn't let me buy him one either. Maybe because he was planning on buying my brother drinks and I did so instead?

It was fun though. This lady kept poking me with her pool stick and grinning at me. I was too engrossed in talking with my cousins fiancee to pay her much attention, and too drunk to care. :o Maybe she's there again tonight...

@ Tony, yeah...I have like 5 different black cd cases that hold anywhere from 48-200 cds a piece full of music, data, video, mp3 and game discs. I don't lose discs, I lose cd cases. :o

I had em all nice and neat inside their NN 5 disc envelope that came with one of the games and I want to start a HotU only character... Ugh. I like HotU the best actually of the three different campaigns, moreso than the main one actually (and SoU just sucked  ).

  Hahahaha... Thanks, I needed that. :D

Oh, I got the games separately. I have 5 paper CD envelopes for NWN and two DVD-style cases for SoU and HotU.
Yeah, I preferred HotU over the others too. Though the whole Reaper plot makes more sense if you play the module Bioware supported as the interlude between SoU -> HotU. I think it's called Shadohaunt.

Heh. Any time. :D

You make a good point Tony, I should go have fun with my custom assassin in HoTU. Screw that prestige class. A Rogue/WM is sweet. I like just ambushing people and screwing them up something wicked. It's so amusing.

I did too, but I think it was HotU that had the CD inside a case that you could stick the other 4 or so in too (think the BG1 envelope). HotU just had a better plot IMO and I liked traversing the underdark and such: the prestige classes were sweet too for the most part, though I was mad there was really one for a Cleric (not one in SoU either).

@ Mag: Never tried it, but that does sound interesting. :D I'm bored and will continue to be so until around 8 when I go out, and making a quick character and getting started sounded like a good time waster.

Hey Athena! :)

*nods* I got hammered, today sucked though. I got hungover for the first time in a LONG time. :o My brother friend Brian insisted on buying me a drink. I know why now! He was drunk before we left and said "Have to buy Jesus a drink before I leave town." Smartass. Ever since he caught me with a beard and long hair, he calls me Jesus in front of everyone but my mother. AND gets me all sorts of messed up. :p

Good idea Tony! I'm stuck without any WM levels yet, I needed that special ability shadowdances get to make my character work. I was doing 50 points a hit on the drow in the first fight sequence with this one on my sneak attacks.
