In Australia, we go to the beach all the time... it just doesn't take half a week travel to get there. It's more like an hour's trip to the Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast, then you have yonks to enjoy it, with an annoying trip back, covered in sand and all icky and uncomfortable.

@Juni: Aww, great, I got a bit of a week off a fortnight back... though I was sick in bed, so I guess it's not the same. :p

@Kipi: Nothing new... at least not to my knowledge. The wheels are still turning.

Yeah, see,I dont live near a coast, try a four and a half hour drive, to a house, on the beach, for a week, with eighteen people, including a slew of toddlers.

What's the temperature like up there, is it hot enough for it? Because I hate cold at the beach... well, I hate cold everywhere.

(and yes, I realise water temperature in oceans varies by about 1 degrees over the year, but the air does change, making it cold  )

@Juni: Thanks, and yeah, little by little.

I'd say is it make me feel like an idiot day, one such example being that thread about RPGs, but it's a new day here.

So, what's ADOM?

Ancient Domains Of Mystery. To me one of the greatest Rpg ever made. It's a roguelike -game with ASCII -graphics.

ADOM is ASCII based rpg, just like Nethack used to be. Everything is showed as letters, like your character = @, troll = T and so on...

Veeeeery addictive :D
