No I haven't posted about the 5K, haven't posted much at all today... been a busy little shark. I'll post in a sec (just so you don't have to read back).

And 'Not Another Teen Movie' is the one that spoofs 'She's All That' for most of the movie, has Jamie Presly in it, has Molly Ringwold at the very end working in an airport, the guy that keeps trying to start a slow clap, etc.

Quite hard to miss.

And stop advertising your forum in your posts, if you want to do it in your sig, fine. Otherwise, stop it, will you?

So I didn't make my target pace of 10min/mile but I was pretty close (10:08min/mile). I ended up at 31:30 and if I had made my pace I would have finished in about 31:05 so I wasn't too far off. But being that close and not making it is frustrating.

I did pretty well with everything else. I was right on target the first 2 miles, I didn't start too fast, I didn't totally die, I didn't have to stop and walk, etc. so for my first race it wasn't too bad.

I'll be taking a couple weeks off to do a cleanse with my wife then I'll go back and work on my speed a little more. Since I got so close I don't know if I'll do another 5K or if I'll just start working on my 10K pace instead. Obviously if I get to my 10K pace I'll be able to do the 5K easily so I'll probably just focus on that instead.
