@Azmodan: The dwarf? Well I guess his stature is rather dwarfish...
We're all taking turns giving Rob a hard time, aren't we?

Let's see, all we need now is for Gurney and Serena to have second thoughts...

I'm feeling somewhat inspired, so I think I'll write something tonight or tomorrow...

I was hoping to post today, but something came up in IRL, and I don't really feel like writing now. I'll see if I can get something up tomorrow.

@Azmodan: Do you mind my meddling with Halya in my last post? I didn't figure she'd be comfortable walking with some stranger's arm around her

, and I had to progress time a bit so Magus could ask his question.

If you want me to, Azmodan, I could probably handle Halya while you're gone. Her and Magus tend to interact quite a bit, anyway.
Actually, so you guys know, I'm also going to be on vacation for a week and a half, starting this Thursday. I'll probably still have Internet access though, so I should still be able to write. But if I suddenly disappear for a while...you know why.
Anyway...where'd you go, Rob? Things are getting kind of slow again...

I'll post tomorrow, promess.
Problem is sometimes... that it's SO hot here in the attick (sp?) that it makes it hard for me to write.
But I'll manage.
Have a great holiday, both of you.

Attic.

You write in your attic?

Well actually I'm now sleeping in my grandparent's attic, so I guess I shouldn't be laughing.
Uh...yeah...I feel kind of silly for getting on your case, when I take three days to get a post up myself.

I'll try harder this time. I promise.

Yup... that's where our pc is stationed.
Don't worry about it, summer time is slow everywhere...espacially online

...Okay...then I guess I'll write something then...

Welcome back. The story's been a bit static lately, but Rob-hin said he'd also post sometime soon. I'm just waiting for somebody other than me to post.

Well it would be my 'turn' to write something, but the fact is...
it's too damn HOT!

... Next to that, I've been quite busy and we've got the problem with people being on a holiday.
Perhaps it is an good idea to put the story on a short summer break and continue later or continue on a slow pass... like we are doing now?
Magus and I are determined to finish the story, so it will finish. But for this to work it is important that everybody is well motivated... and perhaps we need some recharging?
Let me know what you think people!

In my experience...stories don't "recharge." Going slower only makes it that much harder to post since it's not fresh in your mind.
However, it's true that people are all going on vacation around this time...me among them. And I certainly can't fault anyone for not wanting to write because of boiling hot weather.

Personally, I'd like to finish the story as soon as possible, as I won't have much time to post once school starts again.

i know im not like the MASTER poster - but id still follow the story line to the end.. Its hard for me to just engage in a interaction with ppl, since i made my char like she is.
damned be me
but as soon as she feels more at home in the party, i guess she will open her mouth some more

Well, why don't you let Halya get to know some of the other members then? I mean, after all, it'd be kind of strange to walk all day with a group of people you call allies and not say a word. Also, even though she's now having second thoughts, didn't she originally have her reasons for choosing to tag along? Maybe those reasons need reaffirming, or, at the least, reevaluation.
Anyway, these are just some ideas. Consider them or ignore them, as you wish.

Alright, so that is that then.
We'll post when we can and let the story progress in due time, when the weather get better... (thus gets worse

) we'll put the heat back on.
I'll try and get something up today, promess.

Well, as I've already told Rob, it's vacation time for me again. I might or might not be able to post while I'm gone these next two or three weeks...depends if the places we stay at charge for using the phone lines. I do know I'll be without Internet for at least half of it. Anyway, sorry I had to leave before I could at least reply to your post, Rob.
