Roll how much you cure (Note: you don't need to tell me but if we are in combat then you have to roll, otherwise in a non stressfull situation, your system can take the full 9 hitpoints of a cure light potion) (I am also assuming you took a 5ft step back [free action that does not provoke AOO] to drink it without AOO)
Fernliea attacks Dosker twice and HITS and hits. Dosker is down on the ground bleeding.
Oskatat strikes her with FURY (2 20's in a row) and kills her.
Oskatat grabs a potion from Dosker's sash and has him drink it. Dosker wakes up and chugs another one after catching his breath. You find the body of the doppelganger lying on the ground with the necklace around it.

He didn't resist as the clerics told me and he had no idea what happened to the amulet. This takes the evidence even further now. The suggestion was probably to steal the necklace and the modify memory was to rid his memory of what he did. It seems that he failed on both attempts to resist this spell. Now we can take the body to Master and tell him everything that has happened."

Magrus hands him the amulet and says "Dosker found some scrolls, and a Black Winter ring on the body. It cast a spell to make Grimgnaw steal the amulet, and then another to make him forget he did so. As to why, I don't know. Obviously it wanted something, perhaps just the amulet."

"Interesting," he says. "I had a suspicion of Grimgnaw, but that has dissapated finally. Fernliea, though she hated me, I trusted her the most because she would defend everybody in times of need. She did play a good act and I wish her a better afterlife than what she will get."
"Now, as to the reward I promised," he says. "I will split the reward evenly between you all since you all helped out some."
He leads you into the vault and then places the amulet back in the glass. He then has someone cast a spell that seems to seal the glass right up. Finally, he opens a cabinet door and pulls out 300 platinum. He gives you each a hundred of it and then puts the rest back in.
"I thank you for finding this for me. I will especially reward you with 2 weeks of free training here instead of the normal 50 gold for training."
"I will take the corpse and bury it out in the local cemetary. As to blackwinter, however, it seems they are becoming a nuisance to all of us. I do not know where there base is, but if you manage to find it, clear it out completly. It is not welcome here in Greyhawk anymore and I will personally see to it that you are cleared of all charges brought upon killing any members of Blackwinter."

Now, I suggest you rest and whatnot and then go buy/sell what you need. It will be 200 gold that will be used for the items, but the modify memory scroll covers for that almost exactly. (225 is the cost I am almost sure). Do what you need to do and then we will continue.
