Why don't allow to use the Auspex discipline in Elysiums? You can use Blood Buff in Elysiums to boost your Lockpicking feat, why you can't use Auspex (which improve Wits) to boost your Hacking feat? The Gleam of Red Eyes discipline raise Wits (and so Hacking) too, but Protean discplines are at risk of a Masquerade violation and so anyone can see you using it and in a place you aren't permitted to use disciplines would be absurd to use, but that's not the case of Auspex. Even if you consider the fact that all characters have Blood Buff and only certain clans have Auspex, this doesn't seem to me a reason why a vampire with Auspex couldn't use one of his abilities only because all characters can't do this.

Because I wouldn't know how to do this...

In your opinion, why should Animalism's Bloodsuckers' Communion allow you to move whereas Thaumaturgy's Blood Salvo should not?
Is it a matter of the other disciplines, not only for those two discipline fields but for the disciplines that the character can use (such as Auspex and Domination for the Tremere)?

If I remember correctly Bloodsuckers' Communion is much slower.

Also, I think it recovers three or more blood upon use, where as Blood Salvo does not.
At least it seems that way.

I recently checked this out on my system and I can indeed move while using Blood Salvo or high level Blood Strike...

I'm sorry, my wording must have been confusing. I meant that yes, you can move during Blood Salvo and Blood Strike, but if you do, blood isn't returned to you.

But blood is returned to you, I tested this myself at the Red Dragon...

Strange. When I am actually hit out of place, I regain blood, but when I use Blood Strike or Blood Salvo, and then run back, the blood streams float around, looking as if they can't find me, and then disappear.
Do Blood Salvo and Bloodsuckers' Communion return the same amount of blood?

I just tested it an you have to be within a certain distance of the person you attacked and you kinda have to "catch the blood" as it makes it way back to you.

Ah. I see.
Still, I think Bloodscukers' Communion overshadows Blood Salvo. It has greater distance (to move around and still regain blood), greater blood regeneration and of course it kills the victim.
Once again, I think that Blood Salvo should have about the same distance and around the same amount as Bloodsuckers' Communion, which I think is three or more.
Is there a way to check for sure how much the three draining disciplines take?

Just look at the Discipline descriptions. Communion costs 3 blood and delivers 3, so you get a kill for no blood loss. Blood Salvo also costs 3 blood so with 3 enemies you have the same effect without sudden kills but with more enemies it is better that Communion.

So you think it'll be too powerful if you would be able to move around with about the same distance Bloodsuckers' Communion would let you?
Do you think the last hit should grant blood?
Is it possible to make a target not targetable after their life is reduced to zero?

Originally it was, but you could actually kill Phil yourself before this scene so I replaced the model to fix this bug.

Yes, also I wouldn't know how to do it too

I don't understand that...

That's probably hard-coded.

When you use Blood Strike or Blood Salvo to kill someone (deliver the last hit, so to speak), I don't think you gain any blood back.

Several histories have been moved around so that each clan has the same number of options.

in the warehouse quest there are 2 guys in a train car playing cards but the conversation says there should be 3.
