OK, my English is not good, because I am from Norway. However, I think that if people want to have war they should have to be in war as well.

In Norway, there is a saying: "Once a day goes by without understanding, the day is then falling."

I know the translation my be weak, but if people are killed, then they must be of the military class and no tthe civilian class. I am very proud of the United Nations for supplying the Afghan peoples with food and shelter. In crisis, the weaker people need the support of the stronger.

All I am saying is that we in the West should be help the others who are not strong also.

But I stand by Weasel. My point being NBC weapons *do not discriminate*. Anthrax spores don't care if you're a Communist or a Christian. Mustard gas doesn't want to know if you're a non-com. Nukes don't take into account the size of your poulation - it doesn't matter.

Indiscriminate attacks with WMD (never mind terror attacks against civilians) call for a completely different response.

How about this - its 1979 and the Soviet Union decides its had enough in the current crisis. A lone Bear bomber flies over New York and drops a single atomic bomb. The bomb doesn't go off, or kills someone by falling on their heads. Is this any different to a botched terrorist bio-attack? What to do now?

I'd say it was all in the intent (like the difference between manslaughter and murder). Retaliation should follow, ensuring no-one ever *dreams* of instigating this despicable terror ever again.

Why is Japan the most peace-loving country in the world?

Shame, I'd have thought the Afghans would have realised the horror of war by now. Guess they haven't learnt their lesson. Yet.

You have the wrong idea. I don't want to die. But....but the 'nut cases' do.

The determent in Nukes is...no one wins. If you have them and say to the world .."I will not use them" group X will think they can get away with nuking the US. To go a step further....once groups X does this once and the US doesn't strike back....what is to stop them again again.

Now I will make some 'promises' for when I'm elected.

1. I will make drugs (Hash ect ect) legal.
2. I will pass a law saying...If your caught stealing to pay for you drug habit....you are shot on the spot. No trial.
